This Privacy Policy describes how Commision Pro: Chat & Files (the “App”) processes information when merchants install the App and when customers interact with storefront features (such as chat and file uploads).

What we collect

• Shop information needed to provide the App (for example: shop domain, store name).
• Order-related data required for features you enable (for example: order ID and uploader links).
• Chat messages and attachments submitted through the storefront chat feature.
• Temporary upload files stored on our server before they are transferred to Shopify Files.

How we use information

• To provide chat and uploader functionality.
• To attach uploader links to orders and store structured records in Shopify metaobjects.
• To send optional email notifications if configured by the merchant.
• To debug, secure, and improve the App.

Data storage

Uploaded files are stored temporarily on our server during checkout. After payment, the App transfers these files to Shopify Files (Shopify CDN) and updates order attributes accordingly. Temporary files are cleaned up after successful processing.
